Whenever possible, we recommend booking at least one week in advance for on-site events. For remote interpreting, we can often arrange support on shorter notice—sometimes within 24 hours. If your event is last-minute, get in touch and we’ll do our best to find a suitable interpreter.
Rates vary depending on the service, document type, and urgency. We provide transparent, itemised quotes with no hidden fees. You can pay by bank transfer, credit or debit card, or PayPal. We usually ask for payment upon delivery for one-off projects; for larger or ongoing work, we can discuss alternative arrangements.
Absolutely. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you notice any errors or want clarifications, just let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll correct it free of charge.
We keep your files secure for up to six months in case you need further assistance or revisions. After that period, we delete all your data unless you ask us to keep it longer (for recurring projects or long-term collaborations). All files are stored and transmitted in compliance with GDPR.
